21XX was a project created for GroupHugTech’s ‘Renew Me 2019’ design show, about visualizing a world 100 years into the future.
I chose to create a series of dystopian posters visualizing characters and environments from the alternate future of 21XX. The emphasis was placed on designing modular garments in Marvelous Designer, and creating unique characters using facial data within Daz3D and FaceGen. Environments were created in Cinema4D and rendered within Octane. Environment assets from Vitaly Bulgarov’s kitbashes were used in composing the environments.
These are a collection of visual experiments and daily projects which allow me to practice composition, color correction, visual effects, and more.

Chorus Maris (Latin for "Dance of the Sea") is my thesis project created my final studio semester at NJIT. The short film deals with climate change and the man made impact on the ocean ecosystem. The oceans are represented through a liquid personification which dances through a number of cycles, and shows her being progressively affected by human pollution and oil extraction.
The choreography was composed and motion captured by Elizabeth Nealy, a dancer from Columbia Barnard. The motion capture data was then animated with a female mesh, with fluid simulations done in Realflow and Cinema4D.
Environments were created in Cinema4D and WorldMachine, and the final piece was edited and composited within After Effects.
Audio Visualizations using Ableton, TouchDesigner, and Kinect.
Sounds were produced in Ableton, where it was analyzed and broken into different channels within TouchDesigner. These channels were used to affect visual parameters and dynamic particle systems.
Software used: TouchDesigner, Ableton Live
